The Phillies appear to have added a veteran arm to bolster their bullpen. According to multiple sources, the club agreed to a deal on Saturday with right-handed reliever Jeurys Familia.

Familia, 32, went 9-4 with the Mets last season while posting a 3.94 ERA over 65 appearances. He has a 3.28 career ERA over 499 appearances and a 1.31 WHIP.

The deal has not yet been confirmed and terms have not been announced, though Mike Puma of the New York Post reports it's a one-year deal worth $6 million with incentives that could push the value to $7 million.

The bullpen has been a weakness for the Phillies over the last two seasons, and though last year was an improvement, the club still finished with a 4.60 ERA - the sixth-worst mark in baseball.

The Phillies will likely look to add another arm to the bullpen over the coming days. The club signed righty Corey Knebel back in December and returns Jose Alverado, Seranthony Dominguez, Sam Coonrod, and Connor Brogdon.
