Chestnut Hill baseball
Chestnut Hill split a doubleheader with West Virginia Wesleyan on Sunday. The Griffins dropped the first game 4-2 but bounced back to win the second game 4-3 in walk-off fashion.

In the opener, Bobby Sabatino led the Griffins with two hits, while Aiden Myers contributed two RBIs. However, their efforts were not enough to secure the win.

In the second game, Justin Geiger's RBI single in the final frame propelled Chestnut Hill to victory, securing a split for the day.

Despite falling behind by one run earlier in the game due to a two-run homer from the visitors, the Griffins managed to rally and claim victory.

Pitcher Dylan Broderick performed well, pitching 6 2/3 innings and allowing three runs on seven hits. He did not issue any walks and struck out seven batters.

The Griffins, with a 4-7 record, will travel to Kutztown for a non-conference matchup on Tuesday.

Other Scores
Minnesota-Duluth 25, Holy Family 15
