Jefferson Baseball
In a thrilling matchup on Monday, Gabe Silva's pivotal hit to the left side of the infield secured a walk-off victory for the Jefferson Rams over No. 14 Southern New Hampshire at Alumni Field. The Rams triumphed 8-7, with Joshua Lopez crossing the plate for the winning run.

Contributing to the Rams' success, Chris McLean had an impressive performance at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a run scored.

Despite trailing 7-1, Jefferson staged a remarkable comeback, sparked by Alex Gonzalez's three-run homer, bringing the Rams within striking distance. The team capitalized on their momentum, posting four runs in the final frame to clinch the win.

However, the Rams couldn't secure a double victory for the day, falling short in the earlier contest with a 9-4 loss against Southern New Hampshire.

With their record now standing at 6-6, Jefferson faces a busy week ahead, with a visit to Adelphi scheduled for Tuesday followed by a local rivalry clash against West Chester on Wednesday.
