Freshman Jason Hughes has been outstanding this season for Immaculata. He tamed a strong Marymount offense on Saturday, tossing 7 2/3 innings while scattering one run on seven hits. He also collected ten strikeouts.
Hughes is the Philadelphia Baseball Review D-III Pitcher of the Week.
He's 3-0 now on the year with a 1.05 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. He's also collected 30 strikeouts over 25 2/3 innings.
The Macs are sitting atop the Atlantic East with a 6-0 conference record.
At the plate, Arcadia's Connor Cheeseman put up a monster week. The senior from Marlton, NJ. finished the week hitting .538 and played a pivotal role in the Knights post an undefeated week. He finished with nine RBIs and a homer.

Cheeseman is hitting .309 on the season with two homers and 27 RBIs.
