Lehigh Valley relied on a seven-run rally in the eighth inning to knock off Columbus at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown on Tuesday night in the Triple-A season opener, 7-3. 

Ali Castillo delivered the highlight of the frame with a three-run double to give the IronPigs a 5-3 advantage. Will Toffey and Donny Sands each drove in insurance runs later in the inning. 

James Marvel started for the IronPigs, tossing three scoreless innings while surrendering two hits. 

Tyler Cyr recorded the win, throwing a scoreless inning. 

IronPigs pitchers combined for 13 strikeouts on the evening. 

 Dalton Guthrie chipped in at the plate with two hits in the winning effort.
