Reiner hit a two-run double to highlight a five-run fifth inning for Villanova. Chris Rotondo chipped in with two hits, raising his average this season to .343.
Tyler Arella secured the win, surrendering three runs on seven hits over six innings. He also collected four strikeouts and didn't issue a walk.
Cameron Mathes recorded a two-inning save, surrendering one run on two hits.
The victory improved the Wildcats to 3-2 in conference play and 11-15-1 overall.
The two clubs conclude their three-game set on Sunday.
