Seth Werchan
Penn outfielder Seth Werchan earned Philadelphia Baseball Review D-I Player of the Week honors and hurler Cole Zaffiro was recognized as Pitcher of the Week Monday afternoon. 

Werchan hit .500 for the week, driving in six runs while collecting four extra base hit, including a pair of homers. He also was solid in centerfield, extending his streak this season to 13 games without an error.

Zaffiro tossed a seven inning scoreless gem this weekend against UMass, surrendering just two hits. He walked two and whiffed seven. The performance lowered his ERA to 3.98 on the season.

The Quakers have won four of their last five and face Lehigh on Wednesday before hosting Harvard this weekend to open the Ivy League schedule. 13 stars
