Cole Hamels surrendered two runs over four innings during a rehab start Sunday with single-A Clearwater.

Both runs came via homers as Hamels was tagged for a pair of solo shots. He also hit a batter.

Hamels is expected to make three more rehab starts before rejoining the Phillies for his first start of the season on April 29 against the Mets.
