Travis Turgeon and Ray Ricker are bringing back their highly successful coaching clinic for a second year, and it’s happening this Sunday in Bryn Mawr.
The duo will host the second annual Philly Baseball Coaches Clinic at Primal Physical Therapy, once again providing valuable insights for coaches of all levels.
This year’s clinic features a strong lineup of speakers, including several former Major League players who have transitioned into coaching roles.
“This clinic is for everyone,” Turgeon said. “Whether you’re coaching at the youth level or working with high school or college players, there’s something for coaches at all stages of their careers.”
Turgeon, a native of New England, has spent more than a decade in the amateur game, with experience coaching at both the high school and college levels. He also has a stint coaching in the prestigious Cape Cod League.
Ricker, who works in player development for the Phillies, also brings a wealth of experience, including six years as head coach at Post University before joining the Phillies’ organization.
“Ray and I are passionate about this game, and we want to see it grow. The best way to do that is through quality coaching,” Turgeon said.
The event will run from 9:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
