Bohm, however, presents a tough dilemma: he’s both a cornerstone and a potential avenue for meaningful change.
If the Phillies do move on from Bohm, they’ll need a clear plan to fill the void. Options range from targeting an elite infielder like Alex Bregman or Willy Adames to pursuing a short-term veteran solution and betting on the development of top prospects like Aidan Miller. Another possibility involves exploring a trade for Nolan Arenado, should the Cardinals be willing to part with their star third baseman as part of their rebuild.
