Philadelphia Baseball Review
It didn’t take long for Philly Mummers Baseball to settle in on Tuesday afternoon in Bensalem.

Owen Pinkerton set the tone early with an RBI single in the top of the first, and from there, the Mummers’ bats stayed active and efficient, stringing together 11 hits and eight walks in a 10–3 victory over Philly Bandits Collegiate.

Pinkerton was right in the middle of it — again. The left-handed hitter finished 3-for-4, collecting singles in the first and fourth before doubling to left-center in the sixth. He drove in a pair and scored twice, continuing what’s been a strong stretch at the plate.

The Bandits briefly grabbed the lead in the bottom of the first, scoring three times on a Patrick White RBI single and a two-run homer from Charlie Cordisco. But that was the last time they’d see the scoreboard move.

The Mummers answered in the second with a Braedyn Clinton RBI single to tie the game, then broke it open in the fourth, thanks to a mix of patience and timely hitting. A Clinton groundout, back-to-back bases-loaded walks from Dylan Pope and Kaden Pasternak, and another RBI single from Pinkerton turned a 3–3 tie into a 7–3 lead.

Clinton finished 2-for-5 with a game-high four RBIs. Quinn Erlandsen and Jephson Hanson-Taylor also had multi-hit days for the Mummers, while Pope worked an impressive four walks at the plate.

On the mound, Justin Marraccini gave Philly 2.1 innings in the start, striking out five. All three runs he allowed were unearned. From there, Connor McCloskey and Joe Beitler combined for 4.2 innings of shutout relief, holding the Bandits to just one hit the rest of the way.

The Bandits showed patience of their own, working seven walks and stealing seven bases, with Leor Kedar and Tahir Parker swiping two each. But outside of Cordisco’s homer, the offense couldn’t break through.
