It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t flashy. But it was just enough.

The Bucks County Ghost squad used a crafty three-run fourth inning to break open a tightly played ballgame Thursday afternoon, sliding past the Philly Mummers, 4–1.

The Mummers struck first, thanks to a productive groundout by Quinn Erlandsen in the second inning. But that one-run lead? It didn’t last long.

In the bottom of the fourth, the Ghosts conjured up a rally built on plate discipline and well-placed contact. Jimmy Davis drew a walk. Richie Lee sliced a single down the left-field line. Jimmy Casey grounded out—but brought a run home. Three batters, three runs, and a 3–1 lead that never really felt in jeopardy again.

Right-hander Will Seiler made sure of it. He was sharp in his four-inning start, giving up just one hit and an unearned run while punching out five. Justin Marraccini took the loss for the Mummers, charged with three runs in less than an inning of relief work. Isaac Galarza got the ball to start for the Mummers and was solid—three innings, one hit, no runs, five strikeouts—but he exited before the game turned.

Lee, Casey, and Will Scibona each chipped in an RBI for Bucks County. Nick Shiffler collected two of the team’s five hits and reached base three times. Jake Ruple didn’t record an official at-bat—he walked three times. And the Ghosts? They made their time on the basepaths count, swiping four bags on the day.

Philly Mummers got hits from Kaden Pasternak, Reese Hirsh, and Jephson Hanson-Taylor. Braedyn Clinton was active on the basepaths with a pair of steals.
