Haverford's split performance in a doubleheader against Gettysburg on Saturday was pivotal as it secured the final berth in the upcoming Centennial Conference baseball tournament for the Fords.

This achievement marks the 15th time in program history that Haverford (21-14, 11-7) has qualified for the Centennial Conference postseason. As the No. 5 seed, the Fords are set to face off against the No. 4 seed Franklin & Marshall (19-19, 11-7) on Tuesday.

This rematch promises to be intense, especially considering their earlier split doubleheader this month on Franklin & Marshall's home turf.

The stakes are high as the winner of Tuesday's matchup advances to the double-elimination phase of the tournament in Baltimore, while the loser faces elimination.
