Dromboski Penn
Ryan Dromboski has had a hell of a month on the bump for Penn. He set a single-game record for strikeouts for Penn in a victory over Princeton and followed that outing up with dominating performance of Brown this past week.

The sophomore right-hander is the Philadelphia Baseball Review D-I Pitcher of the Week.

Dromboski retired 23 batters in a row and threw a complete game in Penn's 4-1 win Saturday over Brown. Dromboski allowed just one run and three hits while striking out 12 without yielding a single walk in the Quakers' first complete game in over three years.

Dromboski is carrying a 2.44 ERA over 44 1/3 innings. His 65 strikeouts lead the Ivy League, as does his .177 batting average against.

The Quakers (9-3) are in first place in the Ivy League, a game ahead of Columbia and Harvard.

The Quakers visit Monmouth for a non-conference battle on Wednesday before welcoming Yale to Philly this weekend for a three-game series.

It may be a bit early to look ahead at the schedule, but Penn and Columbia will conclude the Ivy League regular season with a three-game set at Meiklejohn Stadium starting with a doubleheader on May 13.
