Swarthmore advances
Matteo Sollecito tossed four hitless innings while Austin Burgess drove in a pair of runs to lift Swarthmore to an 8-1 victory over Johns Hopkins on Thursday in the opening contest of the Centennial Championship Tournament. 

Burgess delivered an RBI double in the second inning, extending his on-base streak to 29 games. He finished the afternoon with a pair of doubles. 

Zach Camp was strong in relief for the Garnett, surrendering one run over 4 1/3 innings to record the save. He whiffed four. 

Luke Mutz finished 2-for-4 with an RBI, extending his on-base streak to 25 games. 

The Garnet will now face Franklin & Marshall on Saturday. The two clubs split their two-game series to wrap up the regular season.
