West Chester came out again on Sunday with a show of strength, putting up a 12-spot in the fifth inning en route to a 16-0 win over Saint Anselm.

Keith Flaherty and Corey Stouffer hit back-to-back home runs to highlight the 12-run rally. Luke Cantwell doubled in a pair of runs before Flaherty's three-run blast put the Rams up 5-0. An error in the inning allowed West Chester to score an additional six unearned runs.

Mike Ferrara finished the day 4-for-6 with three RBI's. Justin Horn and Zack Wright chipped in with two hits each. Four hurlers combined to toss the shutout for West Chester.

Joe Sperone tossed four hitless frames and recorded the win with six strikeouts. La Salle transfer Colin Kennedy whiffed a pair in an inning of relief.

The Rams return to action next weekend with a non-league tilt against Pace University on Saturday and then a doubleheader against the University of the Sciences. All three games will be played at Father Judge High School's field
