D3 Player of the Week
Ryan McCarty hit four homers over the weekend and drove in eight runs in Penn State Abington's two victories over Guilford. He finished the series 7-for-12 and posted a 2.267 OPS along with 20 total bases.

The Pennsbury grad also broke some program records over the weekend, setting new career marks with hits (192), RBIs (127), and home runs (17). 

The Nittany Lions took both games against the Quakers over the weekend and notched 62 runs and 55 hits over the 18 innings. The 36 runs and 32 hits on Sunday for the Nittany Lions shattered the previous school marks of 28 runs and 25 hits. 

Kyle Brex of Widener also recorded some outstanding numbers over the weekend, finishing 9-for-14 for the Pride with a homer, five RBIs, and three doubles. He also played a pivotal role in helping his club knock off No. 1 Salisbury. 

On the mound, Aidan O'Brien was the weekend star and our Pitcher of the Week. The Widener hurler tossed six innings against the top-ranked team in the nation and surrendered one unearned run on five hits. He also collected three strikeouts while issuing just one walk.
