This marks the third time this season the Miami, Fla. native has been recognized as Philadelphia Baseball Review's Pitcher of the Week.
Elissalt has a 3.78 ERA on the season over eight starts. He's struck out more than 10 hitters in a game four times and surrendered two runs or less in five starts.
