Fontanillas and Sabathne earn D3 Player of the Week honors from the Philadelphia Baseball Review

Each Tuesday during the regular season, the Philadelphia Baseball Review will honor a Division-III Player and Pitcher of the Week. These honors are not based entirely on statistics, but rather the value delivered by a player throughout the week.

For the week ending on March 1, the Philadelphia Baseball Review recognizes Immaculata junior outfielder Richard Fontanillas as Player of the Week and Arcadia senior hurler Jeremy Sabathne as Pitcher of the Week.

Fontanillas finished 4-for-7 and drove in seven runs for the Macs in a pair of contests against Shenandoah. He hit three homers, a double, scored four runs, and walked twice.

Sabathne tossed 7 1/3 scoreless innings in a win over Scranton. He surrendered seven hits, walked one, and struck out seven.
