Philadelphia Baseball Review - Phillies News, Rumors and Analysis
Colin Kennedy of La Salle and Lucas Latrenta of Villanova
Each Tuesday during the regular season, the Philadelphia Baseball Review will honor a Division-I Freshman and Relief Pitcher of the Week. These honors are not based entirely on statistics, but rather the value delivered by a player throughout the week.

For the week ending on February 23, the Philadelphia Baseball Review is honoring Villanova freshman Lucas Latrenta as Freshman Player of the Week and La Salle junior right-hander Colin Kennedy as Relief Pitcher of the Week.

Latrenta finished the weekend 3-for-10 for the Wildcats with a pair of RBIs. He also worked a pair of walks and was hit by a pitch.

Kennedy tossed two scoreless innings in relief on Saturday against Hofstra. He picked up the win and surrendered just one walk. He struck out five.

Founded in 2006, the Philadelphia Baseball Review covers all aspects of baseball in Philadelphia region.
