Phillies set to host Brewers
Aaron Nola will take the mound tonight for the Phillies as the club welcomes Milwaukee to Philadelphia for a four-game set at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies dropped the first game of a three-game set over the weekend in Kansas City but bounced back to win the final two games to secure the series win. The win capped off a 4-2 road trip that included a stop in Saint Louis.

Now home, the club will host a tough Brewers club that sits two games off the pace in the NL Central and Colorado later in the week.

Nola was solid in his last outing, allowing just three hits and one run over six innings in an 11-1 win over the Cardinals. Over his past three starts, he's surrendered three earned runs in 18 1/3 innings (1.47).

"I feel good right now, feel like this is the best I've felt all year with my pitches," Nola told reporters last week. "Things are moving in the right direction for me now, for sure."

As for the Brewers, they come to Philadelphia on the heels of a 4-1 loss to the Cubs in Chicago on Sunday night.

Ryan Braun, who has crushed the Phillies over his career (.378 with 24 homers in 72 games), may miss some time this week while dealing with a sore left hamstring.

Freddy Peralta will start the opener for the Brewers. He tossed five scoreless innings in relief in his last outing against Washington last week. He walked two and struck out five.

Injury Update Scott Kingery will begin a rehab assignment with Class-A Lakewood on Monday. He'll play seven innings at shortstop tonight, but he'll see action elsewhere throughout the week - including second base, third base, and potentially center field.
