Joel Bartoni of Arcadia named Pitcher of the Year
The Philadelphia Baseball Review announced on Friday that Arcadia senior right-hander Joel Bartoni is the publication's NCAA Division III Pitcher of the Year.

A four-year starter for the Knights, the Emmaus product pieced together the best season of his collegiate career in 2019. His 1.85 ERA was tops of all D-III starters in the Philly-region and in 10 starts he tossed five complete games. He collected nine wins on the season, tying the program record for the most in a season. He also notched 51 strikeouts over 68 innings of work, the sixth most in the MAC Commonwealth Division, and was named to the second team Mid-Atlantic Region by D3Baseball.com.

Bartoni finishes his Arcadia career with 22 wins, tying the mark for the most in program history.

The Philadelphia Baseball Review will unveil its entire All-Philadelphia Area D-III Team on Tuesday.
