Radvany also delivered a homer in the sixth.
Timothy Lilly finished 3-for-4 in the contest and Ryan Toohers added a double and a triple in the winning effort.
Ahead 1-0 entering the fourth, Villanova (4-13) surrendered five runs to the Explorers in the frame highlighted by a Ben Faso two-run single. Reliever Mike Schwartz stopped the bleeding though for the Wildcats, tossing two shutout innings in relief to allow the offense to make a comeback.
The win marked the 100th in Villanova history over La Salle (9-7).
Peyton Sorrels drove in a pair of runs for the Explorers while Kevin McGowan continued to swing a hot bat, finishing 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and a stolen base.
The two clubs resume their three-game set on Saturday afternoon at La Salle's Hank DeVincent Field.
