The Philadelphia Baseball Review released its Division-I College Player of the Week awards on Monday for the period ending March 3.

Villanova junior infielder Timothy Lilly has been named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Hitter of the Week, while La Salle freshman right-hander Aidan Frye has been named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Pitcher of the Week.

Lilly went 3-for-10 (.300) over the weekend for the Wildcats with three homers, six runs scored, a pair of walks, and collected 12 RBIs - including eight on Sunday in a contest against Mt. Saint Mary's. The eight RBIs tied a program record dating back to 1970.

Frye tossed a seven-inning complete-game shutout on Sunday against Albany, surrendering just three hits while notching eight strikeouts. The effort secured him his first collegiate victory.

The Philadelphia Baseball Review names winners each Monday throughout the college season.

Founded in 2006, the Philadelphia Baseball Review covers all aspects of baseball in Philadelphia region.

Previous D-I Award Winners:
2/18: Saint Joseph's James McConnon and Jake Meyers, plus Villanova's Charlie Rotondo
2/25: Villanova's Nick Lorusso and La Salle's Jackson Ray
