The Philadelphia Baseball Review released its Division-I College Player of the Week awards on Monday for the period ending February 17.

Saint Joseph's junior catcher James McConnon and Villanova sophomore outfielder Chris Rotondo were co-named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Hitter of the Week, while Hawks senior right-hander Jake Meyers was named Philadelphia Baseball Review's Pitcher of the Week.

McConnon went 9-for-17 (.529) over the weekend with a pair of doubles. He also drove in six runs, walked three times, and didn't strike out over four contests. As for Rotondo, he finished 6-for-13 (.462) for the Wildcats and collected ten total bases.

Meyers tossed six scoreless innings on Friday for the Hawks in their lone victory of the weekend. The senior scattered five hits and struck out three while not issuing a walk.

The Philadelphia Baseball Review names winners each Monday throughout the college season.
