You title your Top Division I (Baseball) talent in 2024 "All-Philly REGION Preseason Selections". It appears however, that your selections are not actually "All-Philly REGION", since all of your selections come from the only three members of the Big Five who play baseball. In addition to those 3 colleges, the Liberty Bell Classic for Div I includes Delaware, Delaware State, Lafayette, Lehigh, and Rider (defending 2023 Champion). Surely there are players from at least some of those colleges located in the Philly REGION that are also worthy of being 2024 preseason selections. If you persist in excluding players from those 5 colleges, then you should at least change your title to delete "All-Philly REGION" and substitute "All Big Five".
First, I appreciate your comment and for taking the time to read the article. Though I see your point regarding the other programs, we've never strayed beyond the Philly schools - it's been that way since we began doing this back in 2017. It's also tough to say Big Five when it isn't a Big Five. Temple hasn't had a program in a decade or so. La Salle and Drexel are gone.

Tons of talent on those teams you mentioned, for sure. Just not in our coverage area.

Again, I do appreciate you reading and taking the time to leave a comment.
