Media Little League avoided elimination on Saturday, knocking off a club from Maine with a 5-3 victory at Howard J. Lamade Stadium in Williamsport at the Little League World Series. 
 
The victory advances Media to a Sunday contest with a program from Rhode Island in another elimination contest. 
 
Tied 3-3 in the sixth inning, catcher Nathaniel Saleski roped a double to center, pushing across the winning run. Charles Haenn scored later in the frame on a passed ball as insurance. 
 
Media outhit Maine in the contest, 7-6. 
 
Trevor Skowronek collected the win, tossing 1 1/3 innings in relief. He whiffed one and didn't allow a hit. 
Saleski finished 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.
