Joe Miller tossed an absolute gem on Sunday, leading Penn to an important win that earned the program a split of the Ivy League regular-season crown.
The senior left-hander tossed eight scoreless innings against Princeton in a 9-0 win. He surrendered three hits, walked on, and struck out a season-high 14.
Miller finished the regular season with a 3.50 ERA to go along with a 1.34 WHIP. He also led the Quakers with 87 strikeouts over 69 1/3 innings.
