To recognize the top talent at the D-II level across the Philadelphia region, the Philadelphia Baseball Review annually releases an All-Star roster comprised of the top performers. Players are selected based on statistical achievements and clutch performances throughout the season. 

Representing Jefferson on the Philadelphia Baseball Review All-Philly D-II roster this season is senior outfielder Rich Joa, freshman outfielder Ryan Sawyer, senior starting pitcher Jack Galligan, and junior reliever Matt Bukavich. 

Joa hit .366 on the year with eight homers and 38 RBIs. He also finished the season with 70 total bases, the second-highest total in the Philly region. 

Sawyer pieced together an outstanding freshman campaign, earning Player of the Week honors from The Review twice during the season. He hit .339 on the year to go along with a 1.089 OPS. He also hit six dingers for the Rams. 

Galligan was one of the top hurlers in the region this year at the D-II level. He finished the season with a 2.91 ERA over nine appearances (eight starts). He whiffed 50 over 46 1/3 innings and posted a 1.06 WHIP to go along with a 6-1 record. 

Bukavich was the top reliever at the D-II level in the region, limiting hitters to a 1.34 batting average while posting a 2.89 ERA over 14 relief appearances. He struck out 36 hitters over 28 innings of work.
