Arcadia's Bryan Gillen
Though just one local team qualified for the NCAA Division-III tournament, the 2019 season was full of spectacular performances and breakout campaigns. There were many players at the D-III level deserving of recognition, but the players mentioned here were a cut above the others and deserving of All-Philadelphia Region recognition.

Catcher: Zach Ray - Neumann: Hit .277 on the year with 38 hits, including eight doubles, two triples and a homerun. He knocked in and scored 22 runs.

First base: Cole Beeker - Swarthmore: Hit .393 on the season to go along with a 1.165 OPS. Tied for second on the team with five homers and drove in 47 runs.

Second base: Dave Tatoian - Gwynedd Mercy: The 2019 Atlantic East Conference Player of the Year, as he is ranked in the top 5 of the league in a variety of offensive categories including first in doubles (14), slugging (.634), second in on-base percentage (.500) and OPS (1.134).

Shortstop: Will Karp - Haverford: He led the Fords offensively in average (.377), on-base percentage (.448), slugging (.490), stolen bases (29), triples (3), and total bases (74). His 29 steals tied for the fourth-most in the program's single-season history as he tied his 29 from just a season ago. A fantastic defender, he earned a Centennial Conference Gold Glove.

Third base: Nick Mulvey - Gwynedd Mercy: Posted career highs in batting average (.367), hits (55), and RBIs (33). The senior tied for the team lead in stolen bases with eight.

Outfield: Bryan Gillen - Arcadia: The program's all-time leader in hits, games played, runs scored and total bases, hit .409 on the season. His 65 hits were third most in the MAC Commonwealth.

Outfield: Mack McKisson - Cabrini: Finished with a .368 batting average and led Cavs with 1.017 OPS in a team-high 171 at-bats. Tallied a team-high 51 runs scored, 63 hits, 42 RBI's, 94 total bases, .550 slugging percentage, .467 on-base percentage, and 33 walks

Outfield: Charles Levitt - Swarthmore: Hit .428 with five homers and 37 RBIs. He also stole 27 bases, posted a .986 fielding percentage, and led all Philadelphia D-III players with 53.7 runs created. Selected as the Philadelphia Baseball Review's D-III Offensive Player of the Year.

Utility: Phil Pierfy - Arcadia: He led the Knights in average (.420), OPS (1.051), RBIs (46), and total bases (93).

Utility: Holden Bridge - Swarthmore: Hit .421 for the Garnet while swiping 16 bags. Led the team with 72 hits on the season. Committed just three errors in 88 chances.

Starter: Joel Bartoni - Arcadia: The Philadelphia Baseball Review D-III Pitcher of the Year, his nine victories tied for 11th in the nation, as well as tied for the most in a single season in program history. He ended the season with a 1.85 ERA to go along with 51 strikeouts over 68 innings.

Starter: Nathan Bass - Haverford: Posted a 2.28 ERA while going 4-2 over eight starts. Held opponents to a .176 average against. Struck out 53 hitters over just 47 1/3 innings.

Reliever: James Dougherty - Widener: Finished 5-1 with two saves and a 1.36 ERA in 15 games. In 33 innings of work, he allowed just 24 hits, walked eight, and struck out 23. He held opponents to a .206 batting average.
