Joe Zirolli and Billy Bethel take home Philadelphia D-II Weekly honors
The Philadelphia Baseball Review released its Division-II College Player of the Week awards on Monday for the period ending April 21.

West Chester senior infielder Joe Zirolli was named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Hitter of the Week, while Chestnut Hill sophomore right-hander Billy Bethel has been named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Pitcher of the Week.

Zirolli finished the week with eight hits, six runs scored, 11 RBIs, and four home runs for the Rams. He's hitting .336 on the year and leads West Chester with 11 homers and 45 RBIs.

Bethel surrendered one run over seven innings and struck out 11 in a fantastic performance against Bloomfield. His ERA on the season sits at 3.69.

The Philadelphia Baseball Review names winners each Monday throughout the college season.
