Levins and Scafidi earn weekly honors
The Philadelphia Baseball Review released its Division-I College Player of the Week awards on Monday for the period ending April 28.

La Salle freshman catcher Tatem Levins was named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Hitter of the Week, while for the third week in a row Penn junior right-hander Christian Scafidi has been named the Philadelphia Baseball Review's Pitcher of the Week.

Levins finished the week 11-for-18 (.611) with seven RBIs, six doubles, and three walks. He's hitting .338 on the season with eight homers and 44 RBIs.

As for Scafidi, he tossed a complete game for the Quakers on Saturday surrendering just one run on five hits. He struck out eight. It was his fourth straight start where he's gone at least eight innings. On the year, he's 5-1 with a 2.92 ERA.

The Philadelphia Baseball Review names winners each Monday throughout the college season.
