Pat Neshek and the Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to a deal according to sources
Several sources hinted Monday that the Phillies may have a reunion in place with reliever Pat Neshek and an official announcement may come at any moment.

The Phillies dealt the All-Star reliever at last year's trade deadline to Colorado. The 37-year-old pitched in 43 games for the Phillies last season, compiling a 1.12 ERA. He also collected 45 strikeouts over 40 1/3 innings.

Neshek commented prior to leaving Philadelphia that he'd love to come back, plus the Phillies need some back end bullpen help so the move makes sense for both sides.

Sources indicate the deal is for two-years and worth $16-million.

Again, nothing confirmed at the moment but barring something going wrong with a physical this appears to be a done deal.
