Buffalo 5, Lehigh Valley 1: Russ Canzler drove in the lone run of the night for the Pigs with a sac fly in the fifth inning. Both Maikel Franco (3-4, 2B) and Jordan Danks (2-4) extended their respective hitting streaks to seven games. Adam Morgan was dealt the loss as he allowed five runs (three earned) on six hits with a walk and two strikeouts over five innings of work. Hector Neris (1.0 IP, H, K), Adam Loewen (1.0 IP, 2 BB) and Cesar Jimenez (1.0 IP, 2 H) combined to toss a scoreless inning apiece out of the IronPigs bullpen. [Box]

Reading 6, Richmond 1: Aaron Nola tossed six scoreless innings, scattering four hits while notching five strikeouts to record the win. Roman Quinn finished 2-for-4, drove in a run, scored twice, and stole three bases. The Fightin Phils hit 5-for-15 on the evening with runners in scoring position and worked seven walks. Brock Stassi collected three RBIs in the winning effort. [Box]

Clearwater 4, Lakeland 3 (17 inn.): Andrew Pullin hit a solo home run in the eighth inning to tie the contest and force extra innings. Lino Martinez, Lee Riddenhour, and Edubray Ramos combined to toss eight scoreless innings in relief for the Threshers. Dylan Cozens hit a bases loaded single in the 17th inning to lift the Threshers. Lakewood 9, Hagerstown 3:  Herlis Rodriguez knocked in three runs while Carlos Tocci extended his hitting streak to five with an RBI single in the sixth inning. Starter Tyler Viza surrendered two runs, both in the first inning on a home run by Jose Marmolejos, while striking out five. Austin Davis followed Viza and gave up one unearned run over three innings. [Box]
