Bailey Falter will start the series opener against the Marlins as the Fish counter with Cy Young candidate Sandy Alcantara who took a no decision in his last outing against Philadelphia, surrendering three runs over six innings last week.

Eflin Returns
The Phillies activated righty Zach Eflin for the 60-day injured list on Sunday. He was sidelined since late June with soreness in his right knee. He'll return to a role in the bullpen. The club optioned Cristopher Sanchez to Triple-A Lehigh Valley to make room for Eflin on the active roster.
