Rhys Hoskins
The Phillies embark on a six-game road trip that opens Tuesday with a three-game series in Miami and follows with a three-game series in Atlanta. The club currently holds the second wild-card spot while carrying a 3 1/2-game lead over Milwaukee for the final playoff berth.

Bailey Falter will start the series opener against the Marlins as the Fish counter with Cy Young candidate Sandy Alcantara who took a no decision in his last outing against Philadelphia, surrendering three runs over six innings last week.

The Phillies enter Tuesday's series opener following a three-game sweep of the Nationals, capped off by a 7-5 win on Sunday in a contest that featured a 3-hour, 36-minute rain delay, the third longest delay in Phillies history. Rhys Hoskins collected two hits on the day, including a three-run homer in the fifth, and finished with four RBIs. Alec Bohm broke a 5-5 tie with a two-run homer in the seventh. He's hitting .293 on the season with 11 homers and 66 RBIs.

"It was a huge win," said interim manager Rob Thomson.

Eflin Returns
The Phillies activated righty Zach Eflin for the 60-day injured list on Sunday. He was sidelined since late June with soreness in his right knee. He'll return to a role in the bullpen. The club optioned Cristopher Sanchez to Triple-A Lehigh Valley to make room for Eflin on the active roster.
