The Philadelphia Baseball Review - Internship Opportunities

The Philadelphia Baseball Review is always seeking college talent and young sportswriters looking to build and improve upon their portfolio. Preference is given to students that are obtaining college credit for internships. All positions are unpaid unless noted otherwise.

SPRING 2018: Baseball Editorial Internship
Want an exciting summer covering baseball in the Philadelphia region? The Philadelphia Baseball Review offers 2 reporting internships to aspiring sportswriters. These internships are designed to give associates the full range of experiences that come with covering an actual journalistic beat (high school, college, minors, human interest, etc.) Each associate will work closely with the Managing Editor to publish online and in print.

Start date will be early January 2018 and the program will run through the end of June.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have a background/interest in journalism and understand baseball. Experience with photography and design is a plus. Position is open to all college students, though preference will be given to juniors and seniors with previous reporting experience. Positions are unpaid.

SPRING 2018: Daily Fantasy Baseball Writer
The Philadelphia Baseball Review is seeking knowledgeable writers to author daily columns related to daily fantasy baseball. Columns should include insight into the day's plays, projections, and commentary about certain plays and predictions. Applicants must demonstrate proof of a winning track record..
