On Deck: The Phillies (4-9, fourth place/NL East) welcome the Miami Marlins (3-10, fifth place/NL East to Citizens Bank Park for a three-game series.

Wednesday: TBA vs. RHP Jarred Cosart (0-4, 4.76) 7:05 p.m. ET.

About the Marlins
Miami has lost seven of nine and is coming off a four-game sweep by the Mets ... Through the first 13 games of the season the Marlins rank 26th in MLB with just seven home runs ... The Marlins 5.10 team ERA is the worst in baseball ... The Marlins have played five one-run games in their first 13 contests this season, going 1-4 in those games. Since the start of the 2014 season, Miami has played 69 one-run games, most in the Majors, going 36-33 in those games.

Marlins Moves: The Marlins today optioned RHP Jose Urena to Triple-A New Orleans and selected the contract of RHP Nick Masset from NOLA. To make room on the roster, newly claimed LHP Matt Tracy was designated for assignment.

Phillies Notebook
The Phillies went 1-6 (.143) on their seven game trip through New York (0-3) and Washington D.C. (1-3), marking the first time they have opened the season with a one-win road
trip since 2004 ... Yesterday, Reading Fightin Phils right-hander Zach Eflin (acquired by PHI in a trade with the Los Angeles Dodgers for Jimmy Rollins on 12/19/14) was named Phillies Minor League Pitcher of the Week for the period of April 9-19 (2-0, 0.00 ERA, 14.0 IP, 7 H, 2 BB, 7 SO) ... Through their first 13 games of the 2015 season, the Phillies rank 29th among all ML teams with a .309 slugging percentage ... The Phillies are batting just .168 (16-95) with runners in scoring position this season, which ranks 29th among all ML clubs.
